Henry has been on my mind daily since finding out of his passing. I don’t really think there are words to describe what a unique human he was. My first memory of Henry is when this photo was taken, October 5th of 2019. He photobombed my boyfriend (Kevin) and I’s picture during a weightlifting meet. I remember thinking who the heck is this guy? The best part is several months after that, Henry’s whole family joined Verdant North where Kevin was coaching/managing, so I saw Henry all the time. He was a staple member at North and we always enjoyed racing each other in workouts and oly lifting together. I’ll never forget his smirks and sense of humor.
Celina, Jeff, and Jackson, there are no words for the loss of Henry. My heart aches for all who knew him and I’m grateful I had to opportunity to call him a friend.
